Inbound services offer a wide range of call routing options which determine how calls are directed when a customer calls your 1300 or 1800 inbound number.

Sequential ringRing multiple phones one after each other (similar to a hunt group)
Simultaneous ringRing multiple phones at the same time. First to pick-up receives the call.
Geographic (CLI based) per state or district routingRoute calls on a state by state, or based on the callers district
Emergency route of last resortRoute call’s that aren’t picked up in time to an alternative number (mobile, answering service etc)
Geographic (MOLI / Mobile Origin Location Indicator based) per state or district routingRoute calls based on a mobile phone caller’s location
