Inbound Features & Routing Options

Inbound services offer a wide range of call routing options which determine how calls are directed when a customer calls your 1300 or 1800 inbound number.

Sequential ring Ring multiple phones one after each other (similar to a hunt group)
Simultaneous ring Ring multiple phones at the same time. First to pick-up receives the call.
Geographic (CLI based) per state or district routing Route calls on a state by state, or based on the callers district
Emergency route of last resort Route call’s that aren’t picked up in time to an alternative number (mobile, answering service etc)
Geographic (MOLI / Mobile Origin Location Indicator based) per state or district routing Route calls based on a mobile phone caller’s location
Time Based Routing Route calls based on the time of day (e.g. route calls to your office phone between 9am-5pm, and to your mobile all other hours.
