Inbound services offer a wide range of call routing options which determine how calls are directed when a customer calls your 1300 or 1800 inbound number.
Sequential ring | Ring multiple phones one after each other (similar to a hunt group) |
Simultaneous ring | Ring multiple phones at the same time. First to pick-up receives the call. |
Geographic (CLI based) per state or district routing | Route calls on a state by state, or based on the callers district |
