Once you receive your innoTel Mobile SIM, you’re ready to activate or transfer your service.
 

Steps to activate your innoTel SIM

  1. Complete and submit the form below, ensuring all of the information is filled correctly. Any incorrect information will delay the activation of your service.
  2. Wait until the service is activated. New service activations will generally be completed within 15 to 60 minutes. If you’re transferring your service from another provider, this can take anywhere between 15 minutes to 24-hours. You’ll know when your service has been transferred to innoTel when your old SIM stops working. At this point, it’s time to insert your innoTel SIM card into your device. You may need to turn your device off and back on for the service to work.

How to locate your SIM Number

innoTel uses two different SIM cards, depending on the network you have chosen. Your SIM will either have a 13-digit SIM Number or a 20-digit SIM Number:
Green plans have a 13-digit SIM Number

Red Plans have a 20-digit SIM Number
