I understand that the nbntm broadband service I am purchasing is not a guaranteed speed service
and that any speeds quoted are in reference to the maximum possible speed a service can achieve
(i.e. up-to the quoted speed). The speed and throughput of a broadband service is determined by a
number of factors, including but not limited to, condition of the infrastructure, remote sites where data
is being retrieved from and other factors, some of which are out of innoTel’s control.

I understand that a site visit from an nbncotm sub-contractor is required to install the service and
associated equipment. This includes gaining access to the inside and outside of the premise and an
authorised person over the age of 18 must be present for the duration of the installation. I also
understand that innoTel has no control over date or timing of the installation and that a complex
installation may require an additional visit(s) to complete the work

that during a mains power outage, my internet connection and any telephone services (VoIP) that
rely on this internet connection will not work and I won’t be able to make calls, including to
