About innoTel
As businesses grow, so do their technology requirements.
The roll-out of the nbnTM gives businesses around Australia a big boost, offering faster broadband speeds and access to a wider range of services to helping them be more productive. Improved broadband performance brings with it new opportunities
Some businesses may find making the switch to the nbnTM not as simple as others. innoTel offers an nbnTM Business Health check which identifies nbnTM compatible and non-compatible equipment and services so you can plan ahead before making the switch.
innoTel can tailor solutions to any business' requirements.
The nbnTM is rolling out Australia's newest broadband network, replacing existing broadband infrastructure with more reliable and faster service.
The nbnTM will reach 100% of the Australian population using technologies such as fibre optic (FTTP), hybrid-fibre coaxial (HFC), copper (FTTN/FTTB/FTTC), fixed wireless and satellite. Where your premises are located, will determine what technology is available to you.
Download speeds of up to a maximum of 100Mbps are currently available, which is four times faster than the best ADSL2+ connections you'll find in Australia. The actual download speed of your connection will differ due a number of factors.
Once you have signed up online and paid any up-front fees, we’ll contact you within a few business days to confirm your installation date and time where an authorised nbnTM installer will visit your premises and install any required equipment.
Leading up to this date, we’ll also ship out any hardware, like a broadband modem or VoIP phone that you ordered during signup so it arrives in time for the installation appointment.
Once the installer has completed their work, you can simply plug in your modem and experience super-fast nbnTM broadband. In some situations, you may be required to wait up to 48 hours for your service to be activated.
